中国房地产市场的罪与罚

【摘要】：中国的房地产市场经过十几年的发展,老百姓的住房需求基本得到满足,但代价是沉重的,房地产市场所带来的问题已经显现出来。文章对中国近二十年来房地产市场历史发展现状进行分析,找出造成目前房地产发展乱象的原因,提出几点房地产市场健康发展的出路,以达到房地产市场发展和改善老百姓住房的目的。
[Abstract]:China's real estate market after more than ten years of development, the housing needs of ordinary people have been basically met, but the cost is heavy. The problems brought by the real estate market have emerged. This paper analyzes the historical development of the real estate market in China in the past 20 years and finds out the causes of the chaos in the development of the real estate market. This paper puts forward some ways out for the healthy development of the real estate market in order to achieve the purpose of the development of the real estate market and the improvement of the common people's housing.
