我国商业地产经济宏观调控政策研究

【摘要】：为规范我国房地产市场健康稳定的运行,对房地产经济进行宏观调控是必要且必须的。近年来,我国对房地产经济的宏观调控政策趋于合理,但也存在着一些问题。本文通过对我国地产经济发展现状和我国地产经济宏观调控政策实践的分析,指出了目前我国房地产宏观调控政策存在的一些问题,从而提出了房地产经济宏观调控政策的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In order to regulate the healthy and stable operation of the real estate market in China, it is necessary and necessary to carry out macro-control of the real estate economy. In recent years, the macro-control policy of the real estate economy in our country tends to be reasonable. However, there are some problems. This paper points out some problems existing in the real estate macro-control policy through the analysis of the present situation of the real estate economy development and the practice of the macro-control policy of the real estate economy of our country.
