宏观调控下房地产项目投资分析

【摘要】：自从几年前市场经济体制经过新的宏观调控以后,房地产行业就发生了翻天覆地的变化。房价一改以往单边上涨的趋势,开始进入下降通道。国家也开始对房地产行业态度的改变:从支柱企业转变为民生企业。房地产企业开始面对新一轮的问题,尤其是面对投资决策失败时造成的影响最大。投资失败有很多种情况,涵盖投资者对房地产的定位失败,销售能力等问题。本文结合实际情况进行简单分析,希望能够对房地产项目投资提供一些帮助,了解投资评价下的重要方向。
[Abstract]:Since the market economy system passed the new macro-control a few years ago, the real estate industry has undergone earth-shaking changes. The country also began to change the attitude of the real estate industry: from pillar enterprises to people's livelihood enterprises. Real estate enterprises began to face a new round of problems. Especially in the face of investment decision-making failure caused the greatest impact. There are many kinds of investment failure, including the investors of the real estate positioning failure, sales ability and other issues. This paper combined with the actual situation for a simple analysis. Hope to provide some help to real estate project investment, understand the important direction of investment evaluation.
