湖南省第四工程公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化进程加快和市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,企业面临的环境日益复杂多变,行业前景的预测随之变得更为必要,战略管理的重要性显得更为突出。从总体上看,我国企业在战略研究和战略管理工作方面尚处于起步阶段,与国外企业相比存在较大差距。大多企业重“硬件”轻“软件”,重战术轻战略,重眼前轻长远,重规划轻实施,对战略研究和战略管理缺乏足够的重视。这种现状严重制约着我国企业的持续发展,为此,加强企业战略和战略管理工作是我国企业的迫切需求。 本文通过收集、阅读大量文献资料并对湖南省第四工程公司进行充分调研的基础上,运用大量数据及相关的战略管理理论,对湖南省第四工程公司所面临的内、外部环境进行分析,运用SWOT分析矩阵、五力模型等分析工具,在深入分析行业发展形势的基础上,提出公司可以实施的总体发展战略主要有:稳健发展战略、积极开拓发展战略以及相关多元化发展战略。首先,文章对公司的外部竞争环境和内部环境两方面进行了剖析,进一步对公司进行SWOT综合分析;然后,文章阐明了公司的发展定位与战略目标,进而制定了公司的总体发展战略及职能战略;最后明确了战略实施的步骤、主要策略及保障措施。 文章通过深入研究认为,湖南四建经过50多年的发展,公司积累了完备的资源。通过发展战略的研究,希望帮助公司打造成为集专业施工、工程总承包、BT\BOT、房地产开发等相关产业于一体,专业能力突出、盈利能力较强、管理水平较高,在湖南省内具有较强竞争力和较高知名度的建筑企业。同时,发展经验给其他企业一定借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, the environment facing enterprises is becoming increasingly complex and changeable, and the forecast of industry prospects becomes more necessary. The importance of strategic management is more prominent. On the whole, Chinese enterprises are still in the initial stage of strategic research and strategic management. Compared with foreign enterprises, there is a big gap. Most enterprises pay more attention to "hardware" than "software", to tactics and strategy, to immediate and long-term, and to planning and implementation. There is a lack of attention to strategic research and strategic management. This situation seriously restricts the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent for Chinese enterprises to strengthen their strategy and strategic management. On the basis of collecting and reading a large number of documents and investigating Hunan 4th Engineering Company, this paper applies a large number of data and relevant strategic management theory. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment faced by Hunan 4th Engineering Company, and makes use of SWOT analysis matrix, five forces model and other analysis tools, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the development situation of the industry. Put forward that the company can implement the overall development strategy are: steady development strategy, positive development strategy and related diversification development strategy. First. This paper analyzes the external competitive environment and internal environment of the company, and further carries on the SWOT comprehensive analysis to the company; Then, the article clarifies the development orientation and the strategic goal of the company, and then formulates the overall development strategy and the function strategy of the company; Finally, the strategy implementation steps, main strategies and safeguard measures are defined. Through in-depth research, the article thinks that after more than 50 years of development, the company has accumulated complete resources. Through the research of development strategy, we hope to help the company to build into a professional construction, engineering contracting. BT, real estate development and other related industries in one, the professional ability is outstanding, the profitability is strong, the management level is higher, in Hunan Province has the stronger competitive power and the high visibility construction enterprise. At the same time. Development experience must be used for reference by other enterprises.
