垄断价格、剩余价值转移与“虚假的社会价值”——兼论房地产行业的超额利润

【摘要】:垄断资本要求从社会剩余价值总量中获取与它们的垄断力量成比例的一份,使生产价格转化为垄断价格。商品按照垄断价格进行交换,在市场上换回的劳动量不再等于按资本量进行加权平均所决定的劳动量,剩余价值转移便会存在。农产品市场价格是一种垄断价格,由劣等土地产品的个别生产价格决定,是市场价值规律与有限土地存在垄断作用的结果;按此价格购买农产品,部分消费者的收入与非农业部门的剩余价值作为"虚假的社会价值"被转移到土地所有者手中。建筑用地的地理位置差异导致住房的市场价格差异,由此产生的级差地租应全部归政府所有,然而,在租约期内房地产企业通过不断推高房价,将来自于广大购房者的部分级差地租转变为自己的超额利润。
[Abstract]:Monopoly capital requires that a portion of the total surplus value of society be obtained in proportion to their monopoly power, so that the production price is converted into a monopoly price. The goods are exchanged according to the monopoly price. The amount of labor exchanged in the market is no longer equal to the amount of labour determined by the weighted average of the amount of capital, and the transfer of surplus value will exist. The market price of agricultural products is a monopoly price, determined by the individual production prices of inferior land products. It is the result of the monopoly between the law of market value and the limited land; the purchase of agricultural products at this price, The income of some consumers and the surplus value of the non-agricultural sector are transferred to the landowners as "false social values". The resulting differential rent should all be owned by the government. However, during the lease period, the real estate enterprises will transform part of the differential land rent from the vast number of buyers into their own excess profit by pushing up the house prices.
