【摘要】：随着中国经济进入新常态,房地产行业已进入了白银时代。在激烈的竞争中,房企转型改革成为了非常重要的问题,本文结合碧桂园的案例,分析了房企改革轻资产的运营模式,具有一定的实践价值。
