价值规律及其对房地产市场的指导意义

【摘要】：如果脱去资本主义的外衣,《资本论》就是一个完整的市场经济的一般规律。而社会主义始脱于资本主义,采用的只能是社会化的生产方式,因此,它同样要受社会化大生产规律的支配。所以,《资本论》中对商品经济特别是社会化的商品经济的系统分析,是我们正确认识市场经济的基础。市场经济运行的机制和手段不带有阶级特征,可以被吸收、借鉴,为社会主义现代化建设服务。
[Abstract]:If the coat of capitalism is removed, Capital is the general law of a complete market economy. Socialism began with capitalism and only adopted a socialized mode of production. It is also governed by the laws of socialized mass production. Therefore, the systematic analysis of the commodity economy, especially the socialized commodity economy, in Capital, It is the basis of our correct understanding of the market economy. The mechanism and means of market economy operation can be absorbed and used for reference and serve the socialist modernization construction without class characteristics.
