【摘要】：艺术品金融化在国际上发展已相当成熟。如今,作为国内新兴产业,艺术金融产业以其特殊的艺术性和文化性、高速的发展态势以及广阔的市场前景,受到越来越多投资者的关注。在不久的将来,艺术金融产品会成为与股票和房地产并肩的国内重要投资品种。本文从艺术品金融化概念入手,解析了艺术品金融化的内涵,阐明了对艺术品金融化发展的一些误解,并客观分析了艺术品金融化在中国的发展动因。我国目前的艺术品金融化发展在产品层面上非常丰富,各类艺术金融产品众多,文中就这些产品进行了全面说明。通过对艺术品金融创新失败案例的描述,揭示了“艺术品股票”这一金融创新失败的原因以及艺术品市场中阻碍艺术品金融化发展的各种因素。针对这些问题,本文分别提供了各种完善建议,以期望未来艺术品金融化向更高层次迈进。
[Abstract]:As a new industry in China, the art finance industry, with its special artistic and cultural characteristics, high speed development and broad market prospects, has developed quite well in the world. In the near future, art finance products will become an important domestic investment product alongside stocks and real estate. This paper starts with the concept of art financialization, and analyzes the connotation of art financialization. This paper expounds some misunderstandings about the development of art finance, and analyzes objectively the reasons for the development of art finance in China. At present, the development of art finance in our country is very rich in product level, and there are many kinds of art finance products. Through the description of the failure cases of art finance innovation, This paper reveals the reasons for the failure of financial innovation of "art stock" and the various factors that hinder the development of art financialization in the art market. In view of these problems, this paper provides various suggestions for perfection. In order to expect the future of art financialization to a higher level.
