年产2万吨四溴双酚A增产改造的工程设计

【摘要】:四溴双酚A是基础有机化工原料。随着国家经济的发展,房地产及基础设施建设大力发展,且无机阻燃剂并未形成成熟的市场供求关系的情况下,对高质量水平有机阻燃剂需求量有居高不下之势,尤其是阻燃剂产品四溴双酚A需求量更是供不应求。四溴双酚A生产厂家为了满足企业自身的生产需要,采用新技术进行改造,以投入较少的投资来谋取更大的经济效益。因此,研究原厂生产装置进行增产节能改造是十分有意义的。本设计是利用国内先进技术,采用可靠的氯苯溶剂法制取四溴双酚A,通过对原生产单位经验的总结归纳与国内外先进生产技术、节能技术的结合提出诸多改造方案。对该公司年产1万吨四溴双酚A进行增产节能改造,改造后目标为年产2万吨。主要内容包括:改造的现状基础、改造方案、工艺流程设计、流程说明、主要设备说明和技术经济分析。以此优化生产装置,提供项目改造的物料平衡数据以进一步作公用工程、单元设备和管道设计用等。经过初步的技术经济分析,本改造方案内部收益率高于行业的基准收益率,投资回收期短,表明方案是可行的。通过改造可节约投资,降低生产成本,又能产生较好的经济效益和社会效益。
[Abstract]:Tetrabromobisphenol A is the basic organic chemical raw material. With the development of national economy, the development of real estate and infrastructure, and inorganic flame retardant has not formed a mature market supply and demand relationship. The demand for high quality organic flame retardants is very high, especially the demand for tetrabromobisphenol A (BPA), especially for flame retardants. It is very meaningful to adopt the new technology to transform and obtain greater economic benefits with less investment. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study the production plant of the original plant to carry out the retrofit of increasing production and energy saving. This design is based on the advanced technology in our country. Tetrabromobisphenol A was prepared by using reliable chlorobenzene solvent method. The experience of the original production unit was summarized and the advanced production technology at home and abroad was summarized. With the combination of energy saving technology, many retrofit schemes are put forward. The annual production of tetrabromobisphenol A in the company is increased and energy saving is carried out, and the target after the retrofit is 20,000 tons. The main contents include: the current status of the transformation, the transformation scheme, Process flow design, process description, main equipment description and technical and economic analysis. Optimize the production plant, provide the material balance data of the project transformation for further public works, Through preliminary technical and economic analysis, the internal rate of return of the modification scheme is higher than the industry benchmark rate, and the investment payback period is short, which indicates that the scheme is feasible. Reduce production cost, can also produce better economic and social benefits.
