档案管理在房地产业中存在的问题及对策分析

【摘要】：当今社会发展迅速,房地产业更是犹如雨后春笋般迅猛发展,随之而来的档案存储数量也节节高升,由此引起的档案工作量加大,加之其他细节方面的原因,房地产档案管理工作漏洞越来越多,工作也随之繁琐。因此,当务之急要对房地产档案管理工作进行改革,本文就建立数字化档案的对策展开论述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of today's society, the real estate industry has sprung up, and the amount of archival storage has increased, resulting in an increase in the amount of archival work, as well as the reasons for other details. As there are more and more loopholes in the management of real estate archives, the work becomes more and more complicated. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the management of real estate archives.
