云南SN公司员工满意度提升研究

【摘要】:近年来,中国房地产行业以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,正是由于中国地产高节奏的扩张发展需要,这个行业领域的竞争最终都归结为人才的竞争,而对于人才的吸纳、保留和发展也必须依赖于员工满意度的提升。为达到这个最终目的,对于员工的有效激励就必不可少,那么就必须对员工的满意度进行测量,确定哪些因素左右这员工满意度的高低,然后再有针对性地对于管理不足和需要激励的地方进行改进以达到较高的员工满意度水平。 本文在对员工满意度进行了内涵和外延的界定后,确定了工作环境及条件、工作本身、薪酬福利、培训及发展、内部沟通合作、上级、公司管理体制、公司发展与未来等因素在很大程度上决定了员工对于企业的态度以及自身的满意程度。在此基础上对SN企业原有调查问卷进行了相应调整,并在SN企业完成满意度调查工作后,对于调查结果进行了一系列的统计分析:描述性分析、差异分析,相关性分析、多元回归分析等。随后,根据分析结果对SN公司的管理问题进行了剖析并找到引起这些问题的主要矛盾,并针对这些主要满意度影响和公司发展的问题,分别提出了具有建设性的对策建议:首先,做好岗位价值分析与薪酬福利调查,提高员工对待遇的满意度;其次,规范管理体制与管理流程,增进员工对公司各项管理的满意感;最后,加强企业文化建设力度,提升员工在企业发展与前景方面的满意水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's real estate industry has developed at an unprecedented speed. It is precisely because of the needs of the high-speed expansion of China's real estate that the competition in this field is ultimately attributed to the competition for talents, and the absorption of talents. Retention and development must also depend on the improvement of employee satisfaction. In order to achieve this ultimate goal, effective motivation for employees is essential, and employee satisfaction must be measured. Determine what factors affect the level of employee satisfaction, and then targeted to the management of inadequate and need to be motivated to improve to achieve a higher level of employee satisfaction. After defining the connotation and extension of employee satisfaction, this paper defines the working environment and conditions, job itself, salary and welfare, training and development, internal communication and cooperation, superiors, company management system, etc. Factors such as the company's development and future largely determine the employee's attitude towards the enterprise and their own satisfaction. On this basis, the original questionnaire of SN enterprise has been adjusted accordingly, and after the satisfaction survey of SN enterprise has been completed, A series of statistical analyses were carried out on the results of the investigation: descriptive analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, etc. Based on the analysis results, this paper analyzes the management problems of SN Company and finds out the main contradictions that cause these problems. In view of these main satisfaction effects and the problems of the company's development, this paper puts forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions: first of all, Do a good job value analysis and salary and welfare survey to improve employee satisfaction with the treatment; secondly, standardize the management system and management process to enhance the employees' satisfaction with the management of the company; finally, strengthen the construction of corporate culture, Raise the level of employee satisfaction in the development and prospects of the company.
