凤龙湾国际旅游生态城开发研究

【摘要】：文化产业、循环经济、环保生态、城乡统筹和云南桥头堡建设是我国国家发展的重要战略,因此,从旅游业的角度,需要积极探索与国家战略高度契合的旅游项目。同时,云南省和昆明市的旅游“二次创业”需要有重大复合型旅游项目进行支撑。从旅游产业发展背景来看,旅游新业态逐步成为投资热点,旅游综合体大量涌现。基于此,本文在阐明研究背景、研究意义、研究内容以及研究方法的基础上,以旅游综合体理论、旅游产业集群理论、旅游导向型土地综合开发理论和旅游房地产理论为基础,结合对深圳东部华侨城、成都国色天香乐园、香港迪斯尼乐园、瑞士达沃斯小镇和法国普罗旺斯等案例的分析和经验总结,对凤龙湾国际旅游生态城的开发背景条件,包括凤龙湾概述、开发背景、开发条件、开发现状和开发价值等做了深入的分析,进而提出了凤龙湾国际旅游生态城的开发战略,包括开发理念、开发定位、开发战略和开发模式以及龙湾国际旅游生态城的开发布局,包括总体布局、项目建设和申报工程。最后,提出凤龙湾国际旅游生态城坚持生态优先的开发理念、实现利益相关者和谐共赢、塑造特色卖点和旅游品牌、统筹周边村镇的互动发展、建立科学的分期建设方案的五大开发对策和未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry, circular economy, environmental protection ecology, urban and rural planning and bridgehead construction in Yunnan are important strategies for China's national development. Therefore, from the perspective of tourism, it is necessary to actively explore tourism projects that are highly compatible with the national strategy. At the same time, The tourism "second pioneering" in Yunnan Province and Kunming needs to be supported by major complex tourism projects. From the background of tourism industry development, the new tourism industry has gradually become a hot spot of investment and tourism complex has emerged in large numbers.
