房地产开发项目设计与变更管理方式研究

【摘要】：房地产开发项目的管理十分复杂,技术性较高,而且有着许多的不确定因素。房地产开发项目设计是项目开发建设中的关键所在,在整个项目开发建设阶段起到十分重要的承上启下的作用,因此,房地产开发项目设计的管理尤为重要。笔者阐述了项目设计管理与变更的有关概念,介绍了房地产开发项目设计对项目的影响,并对房地产开发项目的设计变更管理进行了一定的探讨研究。为加强我国房地产开发项目设计及变更管理提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The management of the real estate development project is very complex, the technology is high, and there are many uncertain factors. The design of the real estate development project is the key in the project development and construction. Therefore, the management of real estate development project design is particularly important. The author expounds the related concepts of project design management and change. This paper introduces the influence of the real estate development project design on the project, and probes into the design change management of the real estate development project, which provides a certain reference for strengthening the design and change management of the real estate development project in our country.
