基于平衡计分卡的房地产公司绩效管理体系构建

【摘要】：房地产行业是我国市场经济的重要组成部分,其发展状况对国民经济的稳定有着重要的影响。近年来,房地产行业一直倍受关注。随着我国市场经济的不断深化及国家对房地产市场的宏观调控,房地产企业所面临的竞争与压力也日趋激烈。房地产企业要在日趋激烈的竞争环境下保持不败之地,需要做全方位的努力。建立一套科学合理的绩效管理体系,对于改善企业的经营管理水平,促进绩效的提高,从而推进整个房地产业的发展都有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry is an important part of the market economy of our country. Its development status has an important influence on the stability of the national economy. With the deepening of the market economy and the macro-control of the real estate market, The competition and pressure faced by real estate enterprises are becoming more and more intense. In order to maintain an invincible position in the increasingly fierce competition environment, real estate enterprises need to make all-around efforts to establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system. It is of great practical significance to improve the management level of enterprises, promote the improvement of performance, and thus promote the development of the whole real estate industry.
