如何提高房产证的办理效率

【摘要】：伴随着社会经济的不断发展,房地产市场的发展也突飞猛进,日趋活跃。有大量的商品房和企事业单位建造了大量房产,这些对于广大老百姓和单位工作人员的生活条件和办公条件得到了极大的改善。同时,占有、使用的房产数量增长明显,房地产证在保护老百姓和企事业单位安全和利益方面起到了重要的确权作用。因此,办理房地产证的人越来越多,为了让老百姓办证更加轻松,本文从我县不动产登记事务中心的角度,提出几点建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the development of the real estate market is also advancing by leaps and bounds.A large number of commercial houses, enterprises and institutions have built a large number of real estate, which has greatly improved the living conditions and office conditions of the majority of ordinary people and unit staff.At the same time, possession, use of the number of real estate has increased significantly, real estate certificate in the protection of the common people and enterprises and institutions in the safety and interests of the important role of certainty.Therefore, more and more people handle real estate card, in order to make it easier for ordinary people, this paper puts forward several suggestions from the angle of real estate registration center in our county.
