【摘要】：正前言基础工程在整个项目的开发过程中占有举足轻重的地位,而桩基子分部工程又是基础工程的主要内容。桩基工程有着看不见、摸不着的弊端,存在许多的不确定因素,对项目的质量、工期、造价、安全管理都产生很大影响。因此,一般在施工前建设单位都会详细分析利弊优劣,选择最佳方案。工程概况:项目地处南京主城区,占地面积28000平方米,单体总层数为18层,工程总桩数734根,施工合同工期要求60天。项
[Abstract]:The foundation engineering plays an important role in the development of the whole project, and the pile subdivision project is the main content of the foundation engineering.There are many indeterminate factors in pile foundation engineering, which have great influence on project quality, time limit, cost and safety management.Therefore, generally before construction units will analyze the pros and cons in detail, choose the best scheme.General situation of the project: the project is located in the main urban area of Nanjing, covering an area of 28000 square meters, the total number of single floors is 18, the total number of piles in the project is 734, and the construction contract period requires 60 days.Item
