促进广西房地产“去库存”探讨

【摘要】:正2014年以来,全国房地产库存居高不下,行业发展风险加大。房地产行业产业链长,关联行业多,房地产库存过大,势必给经济平稳发展带来不利影响。本文重点分析研究了2016年来广西促进房地产"去库存"的成效、面临的挑战,并就如何加快广西房地产"去库存"提出建议。一、广西稳步促进房地产"去库存"2016年以来,广西各级政府因城施策,通过降低购房首付比例、调整住房公积金贷款政策、加大房产交易环
[Abstract]:Since 2014, the national real estate inventory remains high, industry development risks increased.The industry chain of real estate industry is long, there are many related industries, and the inventory of real estate is too large, which will inevitably bring adverse effects to the steady development of economy.This paper focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness and challenges faced by Guangxi in promoting "destocking" of real estate in 2016, and puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the "destocking" of real estate in Guangxi.First, Guangxi has steadily promoted the "destocking" of real estate since 2016, Guangxi governments at all levels have adopted measures to reduce the proportion of down payment for housing purchases, adjust the housing accumulation fund loan policy, and strengthen the real estate transaction environment.
