文本类型学理论指导下的房地产新闻报道翻译报告

【摘要】：中国经济正持续增长,吸引了众多西方媒体的关注,而曾经炙手可热的中国房地产行业自2013年下半年开始呈放缓趋势,国外媒体对此更是高度瞩目。相对国内房地产市场的报道而言,西方主流媒体结合全球房地产发展趋势以及自身对房地产行业的了解,对中国房地产市场的报道更为全面、更为透彻。在当今这个信息爆炸的时代,了解西方媒体对中国经济、对中国房地产行业的中立报道,能为中国读者提供一个很好的借鉴途径。基于上述原因,对房地产市场新闻报道文本汉译实践与研究,对中国乃至整个世界都很有意义。本翻译项目以BBC网站上关于中国房地产行业的新闻为例,选取了若干文本进行翻译实践,并在此基础上撰写了翻译报告。报告对选取的文本从词汇、句法和语篇三个层面上进行了分析,总结出房地产新闻文本的特点。在此基础上,报告以文本类型理论为指导,就新闻文本的翻译策略和原则进行了讨论,总结和阐述了翻译过程中的发现和不足,以便为今后房地产新闻文本的翻译实践提供参考和建议。报告共五章:第一章,任务描述。介绍了选取文本的来源、字数、内容等大致情况,并对于该项目的实践意义和学术价值进行了描述。第二章,过程描述。就整个翻译项目的准备、实践和校对进行了归纳和描述。第三章,文本分析。对选取文本从词汇、句法和语篇三个层次进行了分析,指出此类文本在用词上多新词、多缩写词、多专有名词、多术语,以及灵活运用词汇修辞手段等;句式上,长句居多,句群结构繁复,句法层面多用修辞手段,多用被动结构等;语篇上,结构明晰,信息分布呈倒金字塔结构,段落较短,多用衔接手段,重要信息加粗加下划线。本章最后,译者就文本类型理论作了简要介绍。第四章,案例研究。在分析原文的基础上,从词、句、篇三个层面结合实例,针对翻译过程中的重点难点,总结和描述译程中所采用的翻译策略和方法,并提供给读者简洁明了、准确畅达的译文。词汇层面上,对于新词、缩写词、专有名词及术语,译者采用查阅相关资料,套用现有汉语版本或是通过意译的方法进行翻译;对于包含了修辞手法的词汇,根据文本类型学理论的原则,译者将翻译重心放在译入语上,采取等效翻译的方法,把原文中的修辞表达照直移入译语中。句法层面上,对于长句,首先通过分析句子结构摸清各成分之间的逻辑关系,再根据汉语习惯对译文进行重组,如遇句群结构繁复,翻译时则围绕句群中心句进行翻译,分清主次,做到译入语语句之间衔接紧密、语义连贯;对于句法层面上的修辞手段,其翻译也根据文本类型学的原则进行了翻译,尽量把修辞手法翻译出来;句法层面上的被动结构根据情况保留一部分,同时通过调整语序,对原文的语态进行适当的转换,译为汉语的主动句。语篇层面上,翻译时保留倒金字塔结构,根据事实的重要程度及受众的关心程度进行依次递减,把最重要的成分译在前面,再根据各事实重要程度依次翻译,同时考虑到段落较短的特点,翻译时运用恰当手段进行衔接,避免前言不搭后语,根据实际情况合并内容相近的相邻句子;对于语篇层面上的衔接手段,在准确分析和理解原文的基础上采取了不同手段保留或者省略;在处理突出信息时,通过重复和改变字体的方法凸显信息,同时在符合逻辑的前提下,根据信息重要程度进行译文语序的调整。第五章,总结。基于运用文本类型理论翻译新闻报道文本进行实践的发现,对未来在该领域内的实践和研究提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The economy is continuing to grow China, attracted many Western media attention, and Chinese once hot real estate industry since the second half of 2013 was slowing trend, foreign media attention. This is highly relative to the domestic real estate market reports, western mainstream media according to the development trend of global real estate and their own understanding of the real estate the industry of real estate market, China reported more comprehensive, more thorough. In this era of information explosion, understand the western media to China economic reports on China, neutrality of the real estate industry, can provide a good reference way for Chinese readers. Based on the above reasons, the research and practice of Chinese the real estate market news text, has great significance to the Chinese and even the whole world.
