旭阳公司用廉价煤生产优质焦炭的质量管理改进研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国消费结构的升级和工业化、城镇化进程的加快,以及国家对基础设施建设力度的加大和房地产行业的快速发展,钢铁的需求量迅速增大,焦炭的需求量也随之增大,带动了焦炭行业快速发展,国内焦炭产能迅猛扩张,焦炭市场竞争日趋激烈。焦化行业尽管发展进步明显,但仍然存在行业产能过剩、生产成本较高、产品质量低等问题。特别是随着高炉大型化及冶炼技术的发展,钢铁行业对焦炭质量的要求也越来越高,这就要求焦化企业不断提高焦炭产品质量,以满足高炉冶炼对焦炭质量的要求。但我国炼焦煤资源相对稀缺,储量仅占我国煤炭总量的26.30%,粘结性好的炼焦煤价格也越来越高。在炼焦煤资源紧缺和煤价逐渐升高的情况下,如何加大廉价煤种的使用量,不断改善焦炭质量,生产出优质的焦炭,降低生产成本是焦化行业普遍存在的一个难题。虽然国内许多焦化企业通过摸索和实践,提出了许多提高焦炭质量的措施,但没有一套系统的适合焦化企业的质量管理体系,许多焦化企业的焦炭产品还没有达到国家一级冶金焦的质量标准,和国外的焦炭质量指标还存在一定的差距。 论文主要是针对河北旭阳焦化有限公司如何用廉价煤生产优质焦炭的质量管理改进的案例研究,研究了公司质量管理现状和存在的问题,如何加大廉价煤种的使用量,加强配煤技术研究,采用新技术对焦炉设备进行改造,对生产工艺流程进行系统的优化,并在生产全过程中运用系统化的质量改进方案,最终生产出了优质焦炭,降低了生产成本,其焦炭产品质量达到了国家一级冶金焦的质量标准。总结出利用廉价煤生产优质焦炭的质量管理改进经验和一整套的适合焦化企业质量管理改进体系。这一案例对同行业的其他焦化企业,无论在理论上还是在实际应用上都有一定的实践指导意义和一定的理论研究价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the upgrading and industrialization of China's consumption structure, the acceleration of urbanization process, the increase of national infrastructure construction and the rapid development of the real estate industry, the demand for steel has increased rapidly. With the increase of coke demand, the rapid development of coke industry, the rapid expansion of domestic coke production capacity, coke market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Although the development of coking industry is obvious, there are still some problems, such as overcapacity, high production cost and low product quality. Especially with the development of large blast furnace and smelting technology, the quality of coke in steel industry is more and more high, which requires coking enterprises to improve the quality of coke products to meet the requirements of coke quality in blast furnace smelting. However, the coking coal resources in China are relatively scarce, the reserves only account for 26.30% of the total coal in our country, and the price of coking coal with good bindability is higher and higher. With the shortage of coking coal resources and the increasing of coal price, how to increase the usage of cheap coal, improve coke quality, produce high quality coke and reduce production cost is a common problem in coking industry. Although many domestic coking enterprises put forward many measures to improve coke quality through exploration and practice, there is no systematic quality management system suitable for coking enterprises. The coke products of many coking enterprises have not reached the national primary metallurgical coke quality standard, and there is still a certain gap between the coke quality index and the foreign coke quality index. This paper mainly aims at the case study of how to improve the quality management of producing high quality coke by using cheap coal in Hebei Xuyang Coking Co., Ltd., studies the present situation and existing problems of quality management of the company, and how to increase the usage of cheap coal. The research of coal blending technology was strengthened, the coke oven equipment was reformed with new technology, the production process was systematically optimized, and the systematic quality improvement scheme was used in the whole production process, and the high quality coke was finally produced. The production cost was reduced and the quality of coke product reached the national first grade metallurgical coke quality standard. The experience of quality management improvement in the production of high quality coke from cheap coal and a set of quality management improvement systems suitable for coking enterprises are summarized. This case has certain practical significance and theoretical research value for other coking enterprises in the same industry, both in theory and in practical application.
