【摘要】：正风起云涌的房地产黄金十年已然逝去,而今面临激流勇进下的房企转型。旅游度假地产空前兴盛,似乎正在迈入黄金时代。走出"困"字局白银时代的房企转型迫在眉睫。2015年恒大转型为"农民",投资农业;万达王健林也在2016年初宣布将缩短目标销售额,似乎要逐步退出房地产市场而转型其他行业。另外,商业地产在电商冲击下格外萧条也是不争的事实。互联网冲击,市场化主导的时代,越来越多的房企希望走出困字局。
