CR房地产公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着房地产产业的发展,政府部门对房地产市场的管制越来越严格,市场化也使得房地产企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。房地产开发商意识到只凭直觉进行房地产的开发投资已经很难在房地产行业获得高额利润或占据较大的市场份额。本文以CR房地产公司为例,首先采用了PEST方法分析了CR房地产公司经营发展的外部宏观环境,然后采用Porter的五力竞争模型分析了CR公司的外部微观环境,随后又对CR公司的内部环境进行了分析。在此基础上运用SWOT分析方法,分析CR房地产公司在面对我国严格的政策调控和消费者观望的购买态度的环境下,自身所具有的的优势、劣势和面临的机会和挑战。最终,本文为CR公司的发展提出了明确的战略建议,希望会对房地产行业的其它企业发展有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the real estate industry, the government controls the real estate market more and more strictly, and the marketization also makes the competition between the real estate enterprises more and more intense. Real estate developers realize that investment in real estate development by intuition has become difficult to obtain high profits or occupy a large market share in the real estate industry. Taking CR real estate company as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the external macro environment of CR real estate company by using PEST method, and then analyzes the external micro environment of CR company by using Porter's five-force competition model. Then the internal environment of CR Company was analyzed. On this basis, using the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of CR real estate companies in the face of strict policy control and consumers' wait-and-see purchasing attitude in the face of our country. Finally, this paper puts forward clear strategic suggestions for the development of CR Company, hoping that it will have some reference value for the development of other enterprises in the real estate industry.
