轨道交通对房地产价值影响的研究进展

【摘要】：选取近几年来国内外关于轨道交通对房地产价值影响的相关文献,从轨道交通影响的范围、时效性、分市场效应和定量分析方法等方面进行总结评述。在此基础上,就未来的研究趋势以及值得关注的新问题作出展望,以供深化和拓展研究。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the domestic and foreign literature on the impact of rail transit on the real estate value in recent years, and summarizes and comments on the scope, timeliness, market effect and quantitative analysis method of the impact of rail transit. On this basis, the future research trend and new problems worthy of attention are prospected in order to deepen and expand the research.
