兴华五金厂发展战略研究

【摘要】:国内五金市场愈演愈烈的竞争环境给民营五金厂商带来了新的挑战,这些挑战表现在:首先,房地产行业和家居装饰行业的迅猛发展,导致五金厂商在供给市场上资源和业务竞争越来与激烈;其次,五金产品对外业务达到瓶颈,而国内五金市场受到国家政策的扶持,刺激了外贸企业纷纷转向国内;最后,,民营五金厂商大部分规模小、机构不完善,企业发展的战略管理具有随意性。 本文以兴华五金厂为研究对象,对兴华五金厂的战略发展加以研究探讨。首先,本文梳理了国外企业发展战略的理论,以及国内部分学者关于企业发展战略的观点;其次客观反映了兴华五金厂的现状及存在问题,并运用PEST、SWOT及波士顿矩阵分析法对兴华五金厂的内外部环境予以分析总结;第三,根据战略环境分析的结果,确定企业愿景和使命,制定了战略发展目标,在战略选择上,公司层的战略采取增长型战略,事业层的战略采取差异化战略,职能层的战略采取财务战略、市场营销战略、品牌的推广和人力资源战略;第四,为了确保战略的执行,从战略实施过程、战略保障措施、预期效果等三方面提出;最后,提炼出兴华五金厂发展战略研究的结论,指出了研究过程中可能存在的问题和解决建议,并明确了下一步研究方向。 本次研究表明,战略管理是现代企业管理的最高层次与首要任务,在企业的发展过程中起着指针作用。有效的战略管理有助于企业确定战略目标和发展方向,有助于企业集中精力迎接环境变化带来的机遇和挑战。通过对兴华五金厂的发展战略研究,为中小民营五金厂商提供了科学、系统的战略管理的方法。从而帮助该类型企业的发展战略提供参考,以保证企业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The increasingly competitive environment in the domestic hardware market has brought new challenges to the private hardware manufacturers. These challenges are manifested in: first, the rapid development of the real estate industry and the household decoration industry. This led to more and more fierce competition between hardware manufacturers in the supply market for resources and business. Secondly, the external business of hardware products reached a bottleneck, while the domestic hardware market was supported by state policies, which stimulated foreign trade enterprises to turn to China in succession. Finally, Most of the private hardware manufacturers are small, imperfect, and the strategic management of enterprise development is arbitrary. This paper studies the strategic development of Xinghua hardware Factory. First of all, this paper combs the theory of foreign enterprise development strategy, and some domestic scholars' views on enterprise development strategy. Secondly, it objectively reflects the current situation and existing problems of Xinghua hardware Factory. The internal and external environment of Xinghua hardware Factory is analyzed and summarized by using PEST-SWOT and Boston Matrix Analysis method. Thirdly, according to the results of strategic environment analysis, the enterprise vision and mission are determined, and the strategic development goal is formulated, and the strategic choice is made. Corporate strategy adopts growth strategy, business level strategy adopts differentiation strategy, function level strategy adopts financial strategy, marketing strategy, brand promotion strategy and human resource strategy; fourth, to ensure the implementation of the strategy, the corporate level strategy adopts the differentiation strategy, the function level strategy adopts the financial strategy, the marketing strategy, the brand promotion and the human resources strategy. Finally, the paper abstracts the conclusion of the development strategy research of Xinghua hardware Factory, points out the possible problems in the process of the research, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems. And the next research direction is defined. This study shows that strategic management is the highest level and primary task of modern enterprise management and plays a guiding role in the process of enterprise development. Effective strategic management is helpful for enterprises to determine their strategic goals and development directions, and to concentrate their efforts to meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by environmental change. By studying the development strategy of Xinghua hardware Factory, this paper provides a scientific and systematic strategic management method for medium and small private hardware manufacturers. So as to help the development strategy of this type of enterprises to provide reference to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
