哈维政治经济学批判视阈下的当代城市空间

【摘要】：在大卫·哈维的分析中,资本次级循环是产业资本过度积累的结果,正是资本的次级循环推动着城市空间的生产和再生产,而房地产业已成为资本逐利的全新领域。在晚期资本主义时期,房地产业投机与消费品资本化、虚拟化金融资本和人们的资本拜物教观念都内在地勾连起来。城市特别是大城市中的房地产业投机造成的高房价使城市居住正义难以实现,这已经成为当前中国新型城镇化进程中需要解决的重大发展问题。
[Abstract]:In David Harvey's analysis, the secondary circulation of capital is the result of excessive accumulation of industrial capital. It is the secondary circulation of capital that promotes the production and reproduction of urban space. In the late capitalist period, speculation in the real estate industry and capitalization of consumer goods, virtualization of financial capital and people's concept of capital fetishism are intrinsically linked. The high housing price caused by speculation in real estate in cities, especially in big cities, makes it difficult to realize the justice of urban housing, which has become a major development problem in the process of new urbanization in China.
