华瀚地产投资集团战略发展管控体系优化研究

【摘要】：本文以华瀚地产投资集团为样本开展研究,在相关理论指导下参照房地产行业标杆企业具体实施方案,研究设计了华瀚集团战略管控体系的建立与优化。首先提出了华瀚“精品化”战略调整方向,之后围绕这一战略,提出了“一心、四化、八体系”的集团管控体系优化整改措施,从而提出华瀚战略管控优化措施,明确公司未来五年的战略目标和实施路径,明确内部管控关系,完善组织管控体系包括对异地项目的管控,优化组织架构、职能和授权体系,系统设计和优化流程管理体系,特别是核心业务流程,建立规范的管理体系。实现管控体系优化项目顺利完成,从而为华瀚集团有责、有序、有效和高效的运作逐步实现规范化管理做出贡献,并保证集团在竞争日益激烈的市场环境下保持快速、稳固和持续发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of China ' s Real Estate Investment Group , this paper studies the establishment and optimization of the strategy control system of Huhan Group under the guidance of relevant theories .

Firstly , the strategic adjustment direction of China ' s " refined " strategy is put forward . After that , the optimization and rectification measures of the group control system of " one heart , four and eight systems " are put forward , so that the strategic objectives and the implementation path of the company in the next five years are put forward , the internal control relationship is clearly defined , the organization and control system is established , the system design and optimization process management system , especially the core business process and the establishment of the standard management system , will contribute to the standardization management gradually , and ensure the rapid , firm and sustained development of the Group in the increasingly competitive market environment .
