中国土地集约利用水平评价研究

【摘要】：本研究以中国全域为研究区,从经济发展因素、社会发展因素、生态保障因素3方面构建中国土地集约利用水平评价指标体系,运用多因素综合评价法对研究区2001—2015年土地集约利用水平进行评价。研究结果表明:(1)2001—2004年,土地利用不集约情况下集约度日益下降;2005—2015年,土地利用集约度不断提升,在2015年土地利用集约度水平达到峰值。(2)在15年的研究时间中,中国土地集约利用水平从Ⅳ级优化为Ⅱ级。2001—2010年中国土地集约利用水平为Ⅳ级,即土地利用不集约;2011—2012年中国土地集约利用水平提升为Ⅲ级,即土地利用基本集约;2013—2015年中国土地集约利用水平进一步提升为Ⅱ级,即土地利用集约。(3)综合分析土地集约利用影响因素,经济因素在评价中起主要作用,房地产投资完成额、地均固定资产投资额、财政支出、地均社会消费品零售总额是影响中国土地节约利用水平的主要因素。
[Abstract]:This study takes the whole area of China as the research area and constructs the evaluation index system of land intensive use level in China from three aspects: economic development factors, social development factors and ecological security factors. Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the level of intensive land use in the study area from 2001 to 2015. The results show that from 2001 to 2004, the degree of land use intensity in the case of non-intensive land use is decreasing day by day. In 2005-2015, the intensity of land use has been increasing, and the level of land use intensity has reached a peak in 2015.
