佛山地区基于绝缘子污秽光学监测的污区分布图研究

【摘要】:防污工作是输电线路运行管理的核心工作之一,线路一旦发生污闪,将直接影响电网的安全稳定运行,同时经济效益、社会效益均会受到影响。为了防止污闪事故的发生,电网公司每年都会投入大量的人力、物力开展污区分布图修订、绝缘子调爬、带电水冲洗等防污专项工作,以保证输电线路安全稳定的运行。而随着社会经济的发展,电网规模日益庞大,大气污染日趋严重,尤其是佛山地区拥有大量的陶瓷生产企业、金属加工企业以及众多房地产开发项目等大型污染源,使得佛山地区的输电线路防污工作面临着极其严峻的挑战。随时可能发生的污闪跳闸事故正严重威胁着佛山电网的安全运行。污区分布图是指导防污工作开展的重要依据,按照现阶段的输电线路运行状况,传统的污区分布图绘制方式已经无法满足输电线路运行的新形势。因此采用新技术、新方法提升污区分布图的绘制效率、降低绘制成本、缩短绘制周期对提高输电线路防污工作的管理水平和保障电网安全运行有着十分重要的意义。 本文通过引入多种类的在线监测设备,以地理信息系统为基础,在先进信息技术的支持下开发了污区分布图在线动态绘制系统,为污区分布图的绘制与修订工作提供了全新的、高效的手段,,提高了污区分布图的绘制与修订的效率,缩短了绘制周期,节约了人力成本。为实现防污工作的信息化、精细化、实时化管理打下了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Pollution prevention is one of the core tasks of transmission line operation and management. Once the pollution flashover occurs, it will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid, at the same time, the economic and social benefits will be affected. In order to prevent pollution flashover accidents, the power grid company will invest a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out special anti-pollution work every year, such as revising the distribution map of pollution zone, adjusting and climbing insulators, washing live water, etc, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission lines. With the development of social economy, the scale of power grid is becoming larger and larger, and the air pollution is becoming more and more serious. In particular, Foshan area has a large number of ceramic production enterprises, metal processing enterprises and many real estate development projects and other large-scale pollution sources. Therefore, the anti-pollution work of transmission lines in Foshan area is faced with severe challenges. The pollution flashover accident may happen at any time is seriously threatening the safe operation of Foshan power grid. Pollution distribution map is an important basis to guide the development of anti-pollution work. According to the current situation of transmission line operation, the traditional way of drawing pollution distribution map can no longer meet the new situation of transmission line operation. Therefore, new techniques and methods are used to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of drawing the map of polluted areas. It is very important to shorten the drawing period to improve the management level of the anti-pollution work of transmission lines and to ensure the safe operation of the power grid. This paper introduces many kinds of on-line monitoring equipment, which is based on the Geographic Information system (GIS). With the support of advanced information technology, the on-line dynamic drawing system of sewage distribution map has been developed, which provides a new and efficient means for the drawing and revising of pollution area distribution map, and improves the efficiency of drawing and revising pollution area distribution map. The drawing cycle is shortened and labor cost is saved. For the realization of anti-pollution information, fine, real-time management laid a solid foundation.
