国家安全视阈下美国金融危机分析及其启示

【摘要】：美国2007年金融危机是新自由主义和"金融主义"意识形态不断蔓延、生产过剩和消费需求不足之间矛盾不断加深以及利益集团绑架美国金融立法和执法的逻辑结果,美国政府不仅没有起到必要的金融监管职责,反而助长了金融的虚拟化和泡沫化。美国金融危机爆发的最大教训在于消费不足、"金融主义"和政府俘获的三重叠加效应以及房地产泡沫与金融泡沫的"联姻"。对此,中国应当从贯彻落实总体国家安全观的高度上加以警惕和防范,处理好政府和市场、供给和需求、虚拟经济和实体经济的关系,从而更好地维护我国的金融安全和国家安全。
[Abstract]:The 2007 financial crisis in the United States is the logical result of the spread of neoliberal and "financialist" ideology, the deepening of the contradiction between overproduction and insufficient consumer demand, and the kidnapping of US financial legislation and enforcement by interest groups. Instead of performing the necessary financial regulatory duties, the US government has contributed to the virtualization and bubble of finance. The biggest lesson of the financial crisis in the United States lies in insufficient consumption, the triple superposition effect of "financialism" and government capture, and the "marriage" of real estate bubbles and financial bubbles. In this regard, China should be vigilant and guard against the implementation of the overall concept of national security and handle the relationship between the government and the market, supply and demand, virtual economy and the real economy. In order to better maintain our financial security and national security.
