坚定不移地依法治国、依法执政

【摘要】：正从目前国内外形势变化看,我国需要坚定不移地依法治国,依法执政。为什么呢?前不久,针对经济社会发展可能出现的风险,应用德尔斐法做了一次专家评估。发现在12类风险中,生态环境风险分值最高,是目前公众最关注的问题;位居第二是产能过剩风险,之后依次是金融风险、房地产泡沫、地方债务违约等。防范这些风险,化解经济社会发展中出现的新旧矛盾问题,更多地需要依靠法律、法规。
[Abstract]:From the current situation changes at home and abroad, China needs to unswervingly rule the country according to law, rule by law. Why Not long ago, an expert assessment of possible risks to economic and social development was made using Delphi. Among the 12 kinds of risks, the ecological environment risk has the highest score, which is the most concerned by the public at present; the second is overcapacity risk, followed by financial risk, real estate bubble, local debt default and so on. To prevent these risks and resolve the new and old contradictions in the economic and social development, we need to rely more on laws and regulations.
