【摘要】：在现代企业的经营过程中,反映和管理体现了财务的两大基本职能。为确保企业有序、高效、健康运转,财务管理人员应该做到:加强财务基础工作,发挥财务反映职能;发挥财务管理职能,提升企业经营业绩;加大外部融资力度,确保资金需求。
