大中城市房地产市场信息管理系统的分析与建立

【摘要】：论文首先介绍了房地产市场信息管理系统的研究背景,对所需解决的问题进行了概述,讨论了项目的研究意义与重要性,阐述了系统开发方法和相关技术；论文提出了系统的设计目标,对系统进行了详细的需求分析,包括业务需求、功能需求和非功能需求,给出了系统的业务流程图和用例图,进行了用例描述；在系统设计中,对系统进行了总体设计与模块设计,包括项目信息、项目动态实时追踪、政策信息、土地信息、报广信息、商品房成交信息等功能模块,给出了模块的工作流程图及模块的用例图,详细阐述了设计内容,进行了数据表的设计、数据表关系设计及界面设计；论文最后对研究的内容进行了总结,阐述了本人的主要工作,指出了论文存在的不足,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the paper introduces the research background of the real estate market information management system, summarizes the problems that need to be solved, discusses the significance and importance of the project, and expounds the system development methods and related technologies. The paper puts forward the design goal of the system, analyzes the system requirements in detail, including business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, gives the business flow chart and use case diagram of the system, and describes the use case. The overall design and module design of the system, including project information, project dynamic real-time tracking, policy information, land information, newspaper information, commercial housing transaction information and other functional modules, The working flow chart of the module and the use case diagram of the module are given. The content of the design is described in detail, and the design of the data table, the relation design of the data table and the interface design are carried out. This paper expounds my main work, points out the deficiency of the thesis, and looks forward to the further work.
