我国政府在房地产市场发展中的保障性住房政策浅析

【摘要】：保障性住房是我国为低收入家庭制定的住房保障政策,这关乎人民的最基本的生活需要。本文论述了目前我国保障性住房的实行情况,并提出了政策执行中存在的问题,对问题进行分析并提出应对建议,目的在于为我国的保障性住房发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Affordable housing is a housing security policy for low-income families in China, which relates to the basic needs of the people. This paper discusses the implementation of the indemnificatory housing in our country at present, and puts forward the problems existing in the implementation of the policy, analyzes the problems and puts forward some suggestions, in order to provide some reference significance for the development of the indemnificatory housing in our country.
