基于保障性住房新型工业化建造的几个重要问题

【摘要】：新型工业化建造保障性住房方式的兴起,将有效解决城镇化进程中中低收入的城镇居民和进入城市农民的住房难问题。在新型工业化中保障房建造面临的重要问题包括房地产开发商和政府的利益问题、通用体系和专用体系选择问题、工厂化生产方法选择问题等。研究这些问题,将会有助于政府决策和提高对保障房工业化建设的管理水平。
[Abstract]:The rise of the new type of industrialization in the construction of affordable housing will effectively solve the problem of housing difficulties for low- and middle-income urban residents and urban farmers in the process of urbanization. In the new industrialization, the important problems of indemnificatory apartment construction include the benefit of real estate developer and government, the selection of general system and special system, the choice of factory production method and so on. The study of these problems will help the government to make decisions and improve the management level of indemnificatory apartment industrialization construction.
