基于SSH房地产管理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】：伴随科技的发展,人类对科学技术研究的进步,房地产目前比较热门。但针对房地产销售的形式的复杂化,业务种类繁多,信息化的管理就显得由为重要。本文主要以某房地产公司为开发背景,开发设计了房地产销售系统,在对需求分析的基础上,通过对房地产销售管理系统的功能分析,设计了基于B/S模式的房地产销售管理系统的技术方案。系统中主要模块有分为基础管理、客户管理、销售管理和物业管理模块。本文首先对研究的目的和意义进行了阐释,通过对销售的分析,设计出系统的总体框图,然后对主要模块进行详细设计与实现,并且给出了主要核心代码,又针对主要模块进行了测试,最后对工作进行了总结与展望。根据软件工程规范并结合具体的网站开发项目,详细论述软件开发过程及其相关理论。本文结合某房地产公司房地产销售,购房和物业的具体情况,采用B/S实现系统开发,通过JAVA语言,Struts架构等技术实现,数据库采用SQL Server和MyEclipse平台实现。本系统实现了某房地产公司房地产销售的信息化,并且企业了公司在市场竞争能力,规划了公司的标准化管理,提升了房地产销售的经营效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of science and technology research, real estate is becoming more and more popular. However, in view of the complexity of the form of real estate sales and various kinds of business, the management of information is important. This paper mainly takes a Real Estate Company as the background of development, designs the real estate sales system, and analyses the demand. On the basis of the analysis of the function of the real estate sales management system, the technical scheme of the real estate sales management system based on B/S model is designed. The main modules in the system are divided into basic management, customer management, sales management and property management module. This paper first explains the purpose and significance of the research, through the distribution of the sales. The general block diagram of the system is designed, then the main modules are designed and implemented in detail, and the main core code is given, and the main modules are tested. Finally, the work is summarized and prospected. According to the software engineering specification and the specific website development project, the software development process and its correlation are discussed in detail. In this paper, based on the real estate sales of a Real Estate Company, the actual situation of the property purchase and property, the system is realized by B/S, through the JAVA language, the Struts architecture and so on. The database is realized by SQL Server and MyEclipse platform. The system realizes the information of the real estate sales of a certain Real Estate Company, and the company is in the city. Field competitiveness, planning the company's standardized management, and enhance the real estate sales business benefits.
