建筑企业绿色价值链构建研究

【摘要】：经济全球化的背景下,传统的经济增长方式所带来的资源浪费、生态环境破坏不但对人们的身体健康带来危害,而且面临着增长动力不足、资源匮乏的困境,可持续发展逐步成为全人类共同追求的目标。建筑业本身具有固有的高能耗特性,使得它在人类社会实现可持续发展的过程中扮演着重要角色。因此,对于建筑企业来说,引入绿色价值链的概念,通过构建绿色价值链为建筑企业创造绿色价值获取绿色竞争力提供参考和借鉴,不仅对企业具有战略性价值,也是实现社会可持续发展的重要举措。 本研究综合使用可持续发展理论、绿色经营理论、价值链理论、绿色价值链等相关理论,在分析建筑企业类型和特点的基础上,分析本文的研究对象——施工总承包企业的价值链,然后结合绿色建筑及产品全寿命周期概念对建筑企业绿色价值链的增值机理进行分析,指出建筑企业绿色价值链的构建不但可以促进努力降低运营成本、开展企业的绿色创新活动,还可以有效应对环境风险,给竞争对手制造绿色壁垒,提升企业绿色形象、获得新的融资渠道从而获得差异化的竞争优势。随后基于建筑企业绿色价值链的增值过程分析建筑企业绿色价值链的增值活动,进而构建出建筑企业绿色价值链体系。从建筑企业的绿色增值过程划分,可将能为建筑企业创造绿色增值的活动分为：外部的绿色资源输入、内部绿色增值两个方面。然后,从内外部两个方面对建筑企业绿色价值链构建策略进行研究。建筑企业内部绿色价值链的构建策略可以从组织结构绿色再造及业务流程绿色再造两个方面进行着手分析,随后以浙江某房地产企业为例进行实证研究。构建建筑企业外部绿色价值链最关键的是构建绿色供应链。本研究首先阐述了绿色供应链的内涵,然后在分析建筑企业供应链特点的基础上构建了建筑企业绿色供应链。对建筑企业价值链绿色度进行评价。通过从建筑企业绿色价值链的三个方面内部价值链绿色度、外部价值链绿色度和产品绿色度评价展开构建了建筑企业价值链绿色度评价指标体系；最后利用现代管理评价方法,采用AHP和模糊综合评价法建立价值链链绿色度评价指标体系对W公司价值链的绿色度进行评估,对评估过程有效性进行了验证。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the waste of resources brought by the traditional economic growth mode, the destruction of the ecological environment not only brings harm to people's health, but also faces the plight of lack of growth power and resources. The sustainable development has gradually become the goal of the common pursuit of all mankind. The construction industry itself has inherent high energy consumption. It makes it play an important role in the sustainable development of human society. Therefore, for construction enterprises, the concept of green value chain is introduced and the green value chain is used to provide the green value for building enterprises to provide the reference and reference for green competitiveness. It is not only a strategic value but also a realization for the enterprise. Important measures for the sustainable development of the society.
This study uses the theory of sustainable development, green management theory, value chain theory, green value chain and other related theories. On the basis of analyzing the types and characteristics of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the value chain of this article, the value chain of the construction contract enterprise, and then combines the green building and the concept of product life cycle to the construction enterprise green. The value added mechanism of the color value chain is analyzed. It is pointed out that the construction of green value chain in construction enterprises can not only promote the effort to reduce the operation cost, but also carry out the green innovation activities of the enterprise. It can also effectively deal with the environmental risks, make green barriers to the competitors, improve the green image of the enterprise, and obtain the new financing channels to obtain the difference. Then, based on the value-added process of green value chain of construction enterprises, the value-added activities of green value chain of construction enterprises are analyzed, and then the green value chain system of construction enterprises is constructed. Then, the green value chain construction strategy of construction enterprises is studied from the two aspects of the internal and external aspects. The construction strategy of green value chain within the building enterprise can be analyzed from the two aspects of the green reengineering of the organization structure and the green reengineering of the business process, followed by an example of a real estate enterprise in Zhejiang as an example. The key to building the green value chain of construction enterprises is to construct green supply chain. Firstly, the connotation of green supply chain is expounded. Then, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the supply chain of construction enterprises, the green supply chain of construction enterprises is constructed. The green degree of the value chain of construction enterprises is evaluated. In the three aspects of green value chain, the green degree of internal value chain, the green degree of external value chain and the evaluation of product green degree, the evaluation index system of green degree of construction enterprise value chain is constructed. Finally, using the modern management evaluation method, the value chain green degree evaluation index system of value chain is established by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the price of W company. The green degree of the value chain is evaluated, and the effectiveness of the evaluation process is verified.
