一体化运作的房地产开发企业财务管理模式研究

【摘要】：随着近几年来我国经济水平的不断提升,我国房地产开发行业得到了蓬勃发展。我国房地产开发企业正向着一体化道路不断迈进,而基于一体化运作的财务管理模式也成为房地产开发企业内部的主要管理形式。财务管理作为提升企业综合市场竞争力的重要途径,同时也真实反映出企业内部的管理水平以及综合实力。综上所述,本文将基于一体化运作的房地产开发企业财务管理模式展开简单的分析,以期提升我国房地产开发企业的内部管理水平,并推动我国综合经济效益的发展进程。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy in recent years, the real estate development industry has been booming. China's real estate development enterprises are moving towards the road of integration, and the financial management mode based on integrated operation has become the main internal management form of real estate development enterprises. Financial management, as an important way to enhance the comprehensive market competitiveness of enterprises, also reflects the internal management level and comprehensive strength of enterprises. To sum up, this paper will carry out a simple analysis of the financial management model of the real estate development enterprises based on the integrated operation, in order to improve the internal management level of the real estate development enterprises in our country and promote the development process of the comprehensive economic benefits of our country.
