温州房价下跌的启示

【摘要】：正温州是本轮房地产调整最早且调整幅度最大的城市。据国家统计局统计,今年5月份温州新建商品住宅价格比2010年下跌21.7%,是70个城市中唯一跌破2010年价格的城市,比2011年最高水平下跌22.5%。据中国百城住宅价格指数统计,温州市住宅价格的最高水平出现在2011年6月,每平米为16239元,到今年5月份下跌至14201元,下跌幅度为12.6%。温州市区的房价下
[Abstract]:Wenzhou was the earliest and the largest city to adjust its real estate. According to statistics from the State Bureau of Statistics, the price of new commercial housing in Wenzhou fell 21.7% in May from 2010, the only city in 70 cities to fall below the 2010 price, down 22.5% from the highest level in 2011. Home prices peaked in June 2011 at 16,239 yuan per square meter, down 12.6 percent to 14,201 yuan in May.
