山西太钢房地产开发有限公司战略规划研究

【摘要】:企业的战略规划是企业生存和发展的灵魂,引导公司的发展方向、明确企业业务领域、引导企业资源配置、指明企业发展战略和发展措施。企业发展战略规划的制定,有利于建立企业和员工的共同愿景,使员工对企业有归属感、对企业产生奉献精神,从而更好地全身心投入工作。 太原钢铁(集团)有限公司作为全国的特大型钢铁联合企业和全球最大、技术装备水平最高、品种规格最全的不锈钢企业,对于提高我国不锈钢产业国际竞争力和集中度、推进我国不锈钢产业的结构调整都产生着深远而重大的影响。山西太钢房地产开发有限公司作为太钢集团有限公司关注民生、推进和谐企业建设,实现转型发展、多元化发展的重大举措而成立的独立子公司,其发展和出路将影响到整个太钢集团有限公司乃至国有大型企业附属房地产业的发展和走向。 研究以山西太钢房地产开发有限公司这样一个国有大型企业所属的房地产开发企业为实例,以战略管理理论为研究基础,利用PEST分析法、SWOT分析分析,编制了公司2013—2018年五年的发展战略规划。文章分为六个章节:第一章主要讲述了本文的研究背景、研究目的和意义、研究方法等基本情况。第二章,阐述了PSET分析法及SWTO分析法等战略规划研究工作的基础理论。第三章,,通过PSET方法对外部环境及内部条件进行了分析,并对公司的资源和能力进行了系统的分析。第四章,运用SWOT分析,在综合分析的基础上制定的公司不同阶段的战略选择,明确了未来5年的战略规划目标。第五章,具体讲述了人力资源、质量管理、财务管理、项目储备的战略实施。本研究的创新点在于从理论与实践相结合的角度,对山西太钢房地产开发有限公司的发展提出了指导性的建议,为国有大型企业附属房地产开发公司未来的发展提供了有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The strategic planning of an enterprise is the soul of its existence and development. It guides the development direction of the company, clarifies the business field of the enterprise, guides the allocation of enterprise resources, and points out the development strategy and development measures of the enterprise. The formulation of the enterprise development strategy plan is conducive to the establishment of the common vision of the enterprise and the staff, so that the employees have a sense of belonging to the enterprise and a spirit of dedication to the enterprise, so as to better devote themselves to the work. Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., as the largest joint iron and steel enterprise in the country and the largest stainless steel enterprise in the world, with the highest level of technical equipment and the most complete variety of specifications, will improve the international competitiveness and concentration of the stainless steel industry in China. Promoting the structural adjustment of stainless steel industry in China has a profound and significant impact. Shanxi Taigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., as an independent subsidiary of Taigang Group Co., Ltd., was set up as an independent subsidiary of Taigang Group Co., Ltd. to focus on people's livelihood, promote harmonious enterprise construction, realize transformation and development, and diversify development. Its development and outlet will affect the development and trend of the whole TISCO Group Co., Ltd and the real estate industry affiliated to the large state-owned enterprises. Taking the real estate development enterprise of Shanxi Taigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., as an example, based on the strategic management theory, the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the real estate development enterprise of Shanxi Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Prepared the company's five-year strategic plan for 2013-2018. The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly describes the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and other basic conditions. In the second chapter, the basic theories of strategic planning research, such as PSET analysis and SWTO analysis, are expounded. In the third chapter, the external environment and internal conditions are analyzed by PSET method, and the resources and capabilities of the company are systematically analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the strategic choice of different stages of the company is established on the basis of comprehensive analysis by using SWOT analysis, and the strategic planning objectives for the next five years are defined. The fifth chapter describes the human resources, quality management, financial management, project reserve strategy implementation. The innovation of this study is that from the angle of combining theory and practice, the author puts forward some guiding suggestions for the development of Shanxi Taigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It provides useful reference for the future development of real estate development company affiliated to state-owned large enterprises.
