基于物联网技术的智能小区的设计与研究

【摘要】:近年来,,智能小区成为继智能家居之后又一研究热点。与传统公共智能建筑相比,它强调住宅单元个体,侧重物业管理功能[1]。当前,人们从自身的知识背景出发对其概念、组成、功能等各方面进行研究,大多只侧重于智能小区某一部分,或者说某一子系统进行功能的研究与设计,缺乏统筹大局的技术实施手段。而物联网技术手段是从数据感知、网络传输、数据处理的系统解决方案,其在各个领域从“概念”逐渐成为“现实”。在物联网智能家居正发生翻天覆地变化的同时,基于物联网技术的智能小区的应用颠覆了人们对传统智能化社区的认知,正成为房地产开发商重要的“吸金点”,又将掀起了新一轮研发热潮。 本文在充分研究物联网技术体系和智能小区国内外研究现状的基础上,提出了一套基于物联网技术的智能小区总体设计方案,并对智能小区中三大典型场景——智能家居、智能停车管理、智能化公厕的智能子系统进行了设计和研究。本文的研究和设计,对物联网技术应用于智能小区做了一些典范示例的探索,有一定现实的意义和实用价值。主要成果如下:一、在总体设计中,基于集中监管的顶层设计思想,设计了一套包含数据感知层、网络传输层、中间件层、数据处理层四层体系结构的智能小区系统,在此架构下智能小区的各个子系统可横向扩展,并对每一子系统的设计做出了智能家居系统的案例解析,如环境数据监控、无线传感网、智能家居TPAD(终端)、智能家电等。二、分别将ZigBee技术、RFID技术、单片机/嵌入式平台技术三种物联网支撑技术应用于智能小区中家居、停车管理、公厕服务的应用场景中,结合其他技术手段,如模糊控制、日志挖掘、多定时任务调度等,取得了智能化控制的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, intelligent residential area has become another research hotspot after smart home. Compared with the traditional public intelligent building, it emphasizes the residential unit individual and the property management function [1]. At present, people from their own knowledge background to its concept, composition, function and other aspects of research, mostly focused on a part of the intelligent community, or a sub-system for functional research and design, Lack of overall situation of the technical implementation of the means. The Internet of things technology means from the data perception, the network transmission, the data processing system solution, its in each domain gradually from "the concept" becomes "the reality". While the Internet of things smart home is undergoing earth-shaking changes, the application of the intelligent community based on the Internet of things technology has subverted people's understanding of the traditional intelligent community, and is becoming an important "gold sucking point" for real estate developers. Will set off a new round of research and development boom. On the basis of studying the technology system of Internet of things and the current situation of intelligent community research at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a set of overall design scheme of intelligent community based on Internet of things technology. Intelligent parking management, intelligent public toilet intelligent subsystem has been designed and studied. The research and design of this paper have some practical significance and practical value for the application of Internet of things technology in intelligent community. The main results are as follows: firstly, in the overall design, based on the top-level design idea of centralized supervision, a set of intelligent community system is designed, which includes data perception layer, network transport layer, middleware layer and data processing layer. In this framework, each subsystem of the intelligent community can be expanded horizontally, and the design of each subsystem is analyzed in the case of intelligent home system, such as environmental data monitoring, wireless sensor network, smart home TPAD (terminal), intelligent home appliances and so on. Secondly, three kinds of Internet of things support technologies, such as ZigBee technology and MCU / embedded platform technology, are applied to the application scene of home, parking management and public toilet service in intelligent community, and other technical means, such as fuzzy control, are combined. Log mining, multi-timing task scheduling and so on, achieved the purpose of intelligent control.
