制度变迁与中国城市居民住房不平等的演化特征

【摘要】：住房是透视社会结构分化状况的重要视角。与经济体制改革相对应,我国城市住房制度改革也是渐进性的。从单位住房生产体制,到房地产市场与单位住房体制双轨并行,再到新住房体制建立,城市住房领域发生了极大变化,呈现出明显的阶段性特征。在住房制度改革过程中,住房产权、土地使用制度以及经济发展整体模式的变化,使得不同住房群体在分配体制中的位置发生了变化,而住房不平等也随着经济发展与社会激励程度的增加而逐步扩大。
[Abstract]:Housing is an important perspective of social structure differentiation. Corresponding to the reform of economic system, the reform of urban housing system in China is also gradual. From the unit housing production system to the dual track of the real estate market and the unit housing system, to the establishment of the new housing system, great changes have taken place in the field of urban housing, showing obvious stage characteristics. In the process of housing system reform, the change of housing property rights, land use system and the overall pattern of economic development has changed the position of different housing groups in the distribution system. But the housing inequality also along with the economic development and the social incentive degree increases and expands step by step.
