基于Spring架构房地产办公自动化应用管理平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着国家信息基础建设的深入,规划网络构建办公自动化的系统用以实现信息共享、协同工作和决策支持已经成为提升企业竞争力和政府效率的工作重点。 办公自动化最重要的内涵是运用信息及通信技术打破常规的组织界限,构建一个电子化整合平台,使得我们可以从不同的渠道利用有价值的信息及服务。 在我国目前正在实施的国家信息化工程中,办公自动化是重要组成部分。 本课题旨在对当前房地产行业中的办公信息系统进行充分调研,明确研究目标和总体设计目标、原则并完善可行性分析。在房地产办公自动化管理平台的设计与实现过程中,对涉及并使用到的计算机技术进行充分了解。包括主流及主要关键技术:JAVA技术、Spring框架、组件技术和Web Service技术等,分析各个办公流程、功能、工作原理等,为进一步进行总体设计奠定基础。 我们有针对性的分析研究房地产办公自动化管理平台总体设计和架构,确立总体设计目标,分析总体设计原则。在系统功能框架中,主要包含系统功能、系统设计架构、建立数据模型,工作流引擎、数据访问组件、数据交换组件、数据查询组件、电子表单组件、统计报表组件、即时通讯组件、安全审计组件和短消息组件。 我们通过提高信息处理速度和完善办公调度,加强其准确性,实现管理决策,经营信息化,提高服务质量,不断提高经济效益。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the national information infrastructure, the planning network construction office automation system to achieve information sharing, collaborative work and decision support has become the focus of improving the competitiveness of enterprises and government efficiency. The most important connotation of office automation is to use information and communication technology to break the conventional organizational boundaries and build an electronic integration platform, so that we can use valuable information and services from different channels. Office automation is an important part of the national informatization project which is being implemented in our country. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current office information system in the real estate industry, to make clear the research goal and the overall design goal, and to perfect the feasibility analysis. In the process of design and implementation of real estate office automation management platform, the computer technology involved and used is fully understood. Including the mainstream and main key technology: Java technology Spring framework, component technology and Web Service technology, analysis of the various office processes, functions, working principles, for further overall design laid the foundation. We analyze and study the overall design and architecture of the real estate office automation management platform, establish the overall design objectives, and analyze the overall design principles. In the system function framework, it mainly includes the system function, the system design architecture, the establishment data model, the workflow engine, the data access component, the data exchange component, the data query component, the electronic form component, the statistical report component. Instant messaging component, Security Audit component and short message component. Through improving the speed of information processing and perfecting office scheduling, we can enhance its accuracy, realize management decision, manage information, improve service quality, and continuously improve economic benefit.
