浅谈房屋建筑中窗框施工工艺

【摘要】：在青岛、上海等很多一线城市,房地产开发商均已采用无附框的施工工艺进行施工。经过一段时间的学习、实践总结出了一些经验,针对安装工艺、精度、防渗漏、节点等一些列问题进行了分析比较。该文阐述了有附框和无附框施工工艺,针对两者的做法进行分析、总结。当今很多知名房地产企业,在外窗安装过程中优化掉附框安装。取消附框会给一次结构的施工精度、施工成本的变化、施工工艺的变化等带来一系列的问题,该文就取消附框的施工工艺要点谈谈自己的想法和看法。
[Abstract]:In Qingdao, Shanghai and many other cities, real estate developers have adopted frame-free construction technology. After a period of study, some experiences are summed up in practice, and some problems such as installation technology, accuracy, leakage prevention, node and so on are analyzed and compared. This paper expounds the construction technology with and without frame, analyzes and summarizes their methods. Nowadays, many famous real estate enterprises, the process of window installation optimization off the attached frame installation. Removing the attached frame will bring a series of problems to the construction precision of the primary structure, the change of the construction cost and the change of the construction technology, etc.
