基于素质洋葱模型的KT公司基层员工培训研究

【摘要】:知识经济经济时代的到来,对企业的发展带来了新的挑战,人力资源管理对于企业重要性日益凸显,而在人力资源管理中,如何去提升人员的素质,培训是一个重要的方式和手段,培训可以有效提升企业的人力资本存量,因此,员工的培训越来越被企业所重视。素质模型在人力资源管理中的广泛应用,为员工培训带来了一种新的思路。在人力资源管理中,素质模型可以准确的刻画出一个员工具备的基本素质,而在员工培训中,准确的把握员工的基本素质能力的高低,,可以有针对性的开发培训内容,从而有效的提高培训的效果。 长期以来在企业的培训,更多的是针对管理层的培训,大多数企业忽视对基层员工的培训,而基层员工作为企业战略能否有效落地的关键执行者,他们的素质的高低会直接影响到一个企业战略目标的有效实现。 重庆KT置业有限公司是重庆市国有专业房地产开发企业,随着公司不断的发展,员工队伍不断壮大,基层员工所占的比重也越来越大,但是长期以来KT公司并不重视对基层员工的培训,培训时并没有考虑到基层员工本身的需求和素质特征。而基层员工素质的高低直接影响着企业的效益。本文以KT置业有限公司的基层员工作为研究对象,把素质模型和培训的一些相关理论结合在一起,对KT公司现有基层员工培训的现状以及存在的问题进行调查分析,把握在基层员工培训中什么因素会影响到培训体系的建立,以及这些因素对基层员工培训效果的影响程度,从而在此基础上帮助公司设计基于洋葱模型的公司基层员工培训体系,为公司未来的发展提供一个有力的支撑。

The wide application of diathesis model in human resource management brings a new idea to employee training. In the human resource management, the quality model can accurately depict the basic quality of an employee, while in the staff training, accurately grasp the level of the basic quality of the staff, can be targeted to develop the training content, In order to effectively improve the effect of training. For a long time, training in enterprises is aimed at the training of management. Most enterprises ignore the training of grass-roots employees, and grass-roots employees are the key executors of the effective landing of enterprise strategies. Their quality will directly affect the effective realization of an enterprise's strategic objectives. Chongqing KT Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a state-owned professional real estate development enterprise in Chongqing. With the continuous development of the company, the number of employees is growing, and the proportion of grass-roots employees is increasing. However, for a long time, KT does not attach importance to the training of grass-roots employees, and the training does not take into account the needs and quality characteristics of grass-roots employees. And the basic level of staff quality directly affects the efficiency of enterprises. This paper takes the grass-roots employees of KT Real Estate Co., Ltd. as the research object, combines the quality model with some related theories of training, and investigates and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the basic level staff training in KT Company. Grasp what factors will affect the establishment of the training system in the grass-roots staff training, and the degree of these factors to the grass-roots staff training effect, On the basis of this, we can help the company to design the basic employee training system based on onion model, and provide a strong support for the future development of the company.
