【摘要】：正案情介绍2009年2月,某省A房地产开发有限公司(以下简称"A公司")对其开发的某小区项目"金花米黄"等五大类石材采购进行了公开招标。A房地产公司对石材采购的种类、数量及质量要求在招标文件中作了明确的要求,要求通过投标资格审查的投标单位进行现场竞价,竞价采用降价竞价方式,按价底者得的原则确定中标人,同时招标文件规定确定中标人后,中标人须在现场与招标人签订《中标确认书》,中标人须在签订《中标确认书》次日起7日内与招标人签订
[Abstract]:In February 2009, A province A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "A Company") has made public tenders for the purchase of five kinds of stone materials, such as "Golden Flower Rice and Yellow", a small district project developed by the company. A real estate company has conducted public bidding on the types of stone materials purchased by a real estate company. The requirements of quantity and quality are specified in the bidding documents. The bidding units that pass the examination of bidding qualification are required to conduct on-site bidding, the bidding adopts the method of price reduction, and the winning bidder is determined according to the principle obtained by the bidder at the bottom of the price.
