朔州市房地产业发展对策研究

【摘要】:房地产业具有流通与服务的功能,它关联度高,带动力强,目前已经成为我国国民经济的支柱性产业,在国民经济发展中的作用举足轻重,对经济增长的贡献明显。伴随经济的高速增长和城市化水平的快速提高,中国将有几亿人口涌入城市,必然给房地产业带来巨大的发展空间。 自进入二十一世纪以来,随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,我国房地产业得到了迅速的发展。房地产业已经成为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,并且还带动了建筑、化工、家具等相关行业的发展。房地产业的发展已成为居民、政府、房地产开发商共同关注的问题。但是,房地产业在迅速发展的同时,也存在着许多的问题急需解决,因此,对朔州市房地产市场的现状进行分析是十分必要的。 本文通过运用经济学以及区域经济学等学科知识,对朔州市房地产发展进行了实证研究。文章主要包括五个部分。第一,阐述了研究朔州市房地产市场的背景及意义,并对国内外有关房地产研究状况进行了综述及评价。第二,阐述了有关房地产的理论。第三,分析了朔州市房地产业现状,对朔州市房地产发展状况进行分析,找出发展中存在的问题。第四,通过研究国内外的房地产业发展模式并借鉴相关经验。第五,提出了相应的对策建议,希望通过这些对策建议能促进朔州市房地产市场健康发展。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry has the function of circulation and service. It has high correlation degree and strong driving force. At present, it has become the pillar industry of the national economy of our country. It plays an important role in the development of national economy, and contributes obviously to the economic growth. With the rapid growth of economy and the rapid improvement of urbanization level, hundreds of millions of people will flood into cities in China, which will inevitably bring huge development space to the real estate industry. Since entering the 21 century, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the real estate industry of our country has been developing rapidly. The real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries of our national economy, and has also promoted the development of construction, chemical, furniture and other related industries. The development of real estate industry has become a common concern of residents, governments and real estate developers. However, with the rapid development of the real estate industry, there are many problems that need to be solved. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the present situation of the real estate market in Shuozhou City. By using the knowledge of economics and regional economics, this paper makes an empirical study on the development of real estate in Shuozhou City. The article mainly includes five parts. First, it expounds the background and significance of the research on Shuozhou real estate market, and summarizes and evaluates the research situation of real estate at home and abroad. Second, elaborated the theory about the real estate. Thirdly, it analyzes the current situation of the real estate industry in Shuozhou City, analyzes the development situation of the real estate industry in Shuozhou City, and finds out the problems existing in the development. Fourth, through the study of the real estate development model at home and abroad and draw on relevant experience. Fifth, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hope to promote the healthy development of Shuozhou real estate market through these countermeasures and suggestions.
