重大网络突发事件对房地产市场的影响研究

【摘要】：随着互联网的快速发展和网络信息的广泛传播,网络信息对人们的社会生活产生了重要影响。已有研究通常利用事件分析法对物理事件的影响与冲击进行分析,而对于重大网络突发事件的影响度量相对较少。本文利用事件分析法,研究了重大网络突发事件对房地产市场的影响。实证结果表明重大网络突发事件对房地产市场价格造成明显的影响和冲击,本文研究结果为重大网络突发事件的影响度量和分析提供了分析工具,为政府管理部门和企业应对重大网络突发事件提供了决策支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the wide spread of network information, network information has an important impact on people's social life. Event analysis is usually used to analyze the impact and impact of physical events, but the impact measures for major network emergencies are relatively small. In this paper, the impact of major network emergencies on real estate market is studied by means of event analysis. The empirical results show that significant network emergencies have a significant impact on the real estate market prices. The results of this study provide an analytical tool for the impact measurement and analysis of major network emergencies. It provides decision support for government management departments and enterprises to deal with major network emergencies.
