湘潭市物业管理行业持续健康发展之路探析

【摘要】：物业管理是关系千家万户的一项民生工程,维系业主、使用人构成的"小社会"的和谐与稳定,服务各行各业的方方面面,为创文、创卫等城市管理工作做出了不可替代的贡献。随着房地产市场的迅速发展,物业与业主之间的矛盾日益突出,物业企业因收不上物管费被迫撤离的事件屡有发生。文章从湘潭市物业管理普遍存在的四个方面问题探析物业管理行业持续健康发展之路。
[Abstract]:Property management is a people's livelihood project related to thousands of families. It maintains the harmony and stability of the "small society" composed of owners and users, serves all aspects of various industries, and is the creation of literature. Chuangwei and other urban management work has made irreplaceable contributions. With the rapid development of the real estate market, the contradiction between the property and the owner is increasingly prominent, and the property enterprises are forced to evacuate because of the failure to collect the property management fee. This paper analyzes the sustainable and healthy development of property management industry from four aspects of property management in Xiangtan.
