基于跨平台的贷款申请系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着互联网的迅速发展,特别是移动互联网的广泛普及,互联网已经渗入到人们生活的各个方面。而我国提出了“互联网+”的概念,意在将互联网的相关技术应用到传统行业和人们生活的细节中。本系统属于互联网金融方面的移动应用,结合了移动互联网、互联网金融并且服务于房地产这个传统行业。购房者在购房过程中通常大多会按揭买房,那么房产的首付便是一个购房者需要解决的重要问题。而传统的银行贷款,申请条件较为严格。公司通过本系统通过移动客户端,提供给用户在手机上进行房产首付小额贷款的申请业务。这既节省了用户的时间,也使得贷款申请对于贷款者变得更为便利,与此同时该业务也在一定程度上对深圳市某公司现有的新房交易平台的起到一定的业务支持作用。为了适应多平台的移植和小版本发布,该贷款申请系统使用了前后端分离的架构,静态Web子系统采用JavaScript开发,用Grunt进行自动化构建,后端服务子系统采用Spring、MyBatis的框架实现,文件服务子系统使用自定义的简单传输协议进行传输,并依赖下层的TCP协议保证传输的可靠性。本文围绕贷款申请系统的设计与实现,首先介绍了系统设计的Grunt、 SeaJS模块加载器、PhoneGap框架、Spring框架、MyBatis框架等技术。其次通过分析系统的需求,对系统的概要设计进行了阐述,划分了系统的模块,对系统的数据库结构进行了设计。并且通过不同的视角对系统的总体设计进行了阐述。最后在需求分析和总体设计的基础上,对借款人模块,工作信息模块,资料上传模块,文件服务模块的具体实现细节进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, especially the widespread popularity of the mobile Internet, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives. However, the concept of "Internet" has been put forward in our country, which aims to apply the related technology of Internet to the details of traditional industries and people's lives. This system belongs to the mobile application of Internet finance, which combines the mobile Internet, Internet finance and serves the traditional industry of real estate. Buyers usually mortgage and buy a house in the process of buying a house, so the down payment of a real estate is an important problem that buyers need to solve. And the traditional bank loan, the application condition is more strict. Through this system, the company provides users with the application business of real estate down payment microloan on the mobile phone through the mobile client. This not only saves the time of users, but also makes the loan application more convenient for borrowers. At the same time, the business also plays a certain role in supporting the existing new housing trading platform of a company in Shenzhen to a certain extent. In order to adapt to multi-platform transplantation and small version release, the loan application system uses the architecture of front and back separation, static Web subsystem is developed by JavaScript, Grunt is used for automatic construction, and the back end service subsystem is implemented by Spring,MyBatis framework. The file service subsystem uses a custom simple transport protocol to transmit, and relies on the underlying TCP protocol to ensure the reliability of the transmission. Based on the design and implementation of loan application system, this paper first introduces the Grunt, SeaJS module loader, PhoneGap framework, Spring framework, MyBatis framework and other technologies designed by the system. Secondly, by analyzing the requirements of the system, the outline design of the system is described, the modules of the system are divided, and the database structure of the system is designed. And through different perspectives on the overall design of the system is described. Finally, on the basis of demand analysis and overall design, the details of the borrower module, the work information module, the data upload module and the file service module are described.
