房地产术语翻译的概念对等

【摘要】：正在翻译中确切体现特定概念的实际含义,即概念的对等,是翻译最重要的环节。在中译英的文件和文章里,概念错位的情况时常出现,而且不少错位的概念被当作标准译法传播,结果以讹传讹,形成"积重难返"的局面。以上这篇文章谈的是房地产市场,而所涉房地产主要是商品房,那么最关键的一个术语就是"商品房"。如果查一下全国的网站及双语资料,"商品房"一概译成commercial housing,似乎这是板上钉钉,不容置疑的。这种译法的
