某公司信息管理之销售管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：针对商业房地产销售的形式复杂化、业务种类繁多,信息化管理就显得由为重要。本文主要以温州安居开发有限公司的销售管理系统为背景,开发一套房地产信息管理之销售管理系统。在对需求分析的基础上,通过对房地产销售管理系统的功能分析,设计了基于B/S模式的房地产销售管理系统管理信息系统的技术方案。系统中主要模块有促销类,户型类,客户类,销售类和楼盘类模块。本文首先对研究的目的和意义进行了阐释,通过对销售的分析,设计出系统的总体框图,然后对主要模块进行详细设计与实现,并且给出了主要核心代码,又针对主要模块进行了测试,最后对工作进行了总结与展望。根据软件工程规范并结合具体的网站开发项目,详细论述软件开发过程及其相关理论。本文结合温州某房产公司房地产销售,采购和库存的具体情况,采用B/S实现系统开发,通过JAVA,语言,Struts架构等技术实现,数据库采用SQL Server和MyEclipse平台实现。本系统实现了温州安居开发有限公司房地产销售的信息化,并且企业了公司在市场竞争能力,规划了公司的标准化管理,提升了房地产销售的经营效益。
[Abstract]:In view of the complexity of the form of commercial real estate sales and the variety of business, information management is important. Based on the sales management system of Wenzhou Anju Development Co., Ltd., this paper develops a set of sales management system of real estate information management. On the basis of demand analysis, through the function analysis of real estate sales management system, the technical scheme of real estate sales management system management information system based on B / S mode is designed. The main modules of the system are promotion class, household type class, customer class, sales class and real estate class module. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the study are explained, through the analysis of sales, the overall block diagram of the system is designed, and then the main modules are designed and implemented in detail, and the main core codes are given, and the main modules are tested, and finally the work is summarized and prospected. According to the software engineering specification and combined with the specific website development project, the software development process and its related theories are discussed in detail. According to the specific situation of real estate sales, purchase and inventory of a real estate company in Wenzhou, this paper uses B / S to realize the system development, through JAVA, language, Struts architecture and other technologies, and the database is realized by SQL Server and MyEclipse platform. This system realizes the informatization of real estate sales in Wenzhou Anju Development Co., Ltd., and the competitiveness of the company in the market, plans the standardized management of the company, and improves the management efficiency of real estate sales.
